Flavor Vibe: Rich, smooth, and built to last. This is the blend we reach for when we don't want to think about it — we just want a great cup. A deep cocoa backbone anchored by toasted almonds, it's exceptional black, but throw in a splash of cream and a little sugar and it opens up into something special. The coffee doesn't hide — it comes through everything.
The Roaster's Notes: This is a three-origin blend engineered for the long haul. We anchor it with two parts Brazil Mogiana — the workhorse of the blend, bringing that full-bodied, nutty, chocolaty foundation that Brazil does better than anyone. One part Colombian Supremo adds a clean, sweet backbone with just enough structure to keep things interesting. The Guatemala Huehuetenango rounds it out with a subtle malty depth that ties the whole thing together. We take it right to 208°F, kissing second crack, which lands it squarely at medium-dark — bold and rich without crossing into smoky. This blend hasn't found a brew method it doesn't like: drip, pour-over, press, espresso — it shows up every time.
