The Roaster's Notes: Sourced from the volcanic highlands of Bondowoso, East Java — grown in the shadow of Mount Ijen and its legendary Blue Fire — this is a Grade 1, Triple Picked Arabica that earns every bit of that designation. We bring it to a City to Full City roast (209–214°F depending on the day), and the beans come out looking more medium than dark, but don't let that fool you. The flavor is bold without a trace of smoke — just clean, structured coffee with real character. It pulls beautifully as espresso with a nice crema, holds up great in a drip or pour-over, and makes a killer cold brew. A true multi-method drinker.
